Infused Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie

From the perfect easy morning indulgence to a quick afternoon energy booster, this luscious smoothie combines tart fresh raspberries, rich cocoa powder and sweet banana. Adding avocado boosts the creaminess while giving your cannabis oil a healthy fat it can bind to. Feel free to use either fresh or frozen raspberries. If you are using fresh you will need a little more ice whereas using frozen raspberries means you will need less ice. For even more vitamins and minerals, toss in a handful of fresh baby spinach—you won’t even taste it!

Makes 1 serving


1 banana, diced
½ avocado
1 dosage cannabis oil – Make sure to follow the guidelines set forth by your health care practitioner when measuring your cannabis dose
2 ounces raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 ¼ cups water (as needed)
1 cup ice (as needed)


Combine all of your ingredients in a high-speed blender, including ½ cup of ice and ¾ cup of water and blend until smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add more water. If you need it a bit thicker you can add ice until you have reached your ideal consistency.
