Cannabis Infused Italian Salad Dressing


½ cup canna oil (we prefer an olive oil base)
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup parmesan or pecorino romano cheese, grated
½ tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt (as needed)


1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until fully incorporated. Alternatively, add the ingredients to a mason jar, close the lid tightly and shake vigorously.

2. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, shaking for each use. Remember to clearly label your cannabis infused products, and make sure to keep them out of reach of children and animals.


DISCLAIMER: Dosing remains highly individualized and varies according to your symptoms and strength of the cannabis strain being used. As a general rule, try and maintain easily understood ratios between amounts of cannabis and butter or oil being infused. If your infused oil or butter is particularly strong, consider using only half infused and half non-infused, or whatever ratio works best for your specific needs.
